Shipment

Whenever you order within Pakistan, we will deliver it within two weeks, and you will be notified if there are any delays. If you are not informed, it could be because there is no communication (Email / Phone) working or defined. International customers will receive their orders 14-20 working days after the payment confirmation. Custom clearance or any other undefined reasons may cause unexpected delivery delays. Depending on the severity of the delay, it may take up to five or six working days. For Domestic or International customers who ordered using any kind of payment method, we are not responsible for any kind of delays.

Delivery Charges

Please note that delivery charges can vary by product type and location, and cannot be refunded. It is not our responsibility if local authorities / governments charge additional customs or duties (outside Pakistan). It is the customer's responsibility to pay the customs charges. It will be discarded if custom duty charges are denied, and the order amount will not be refunded.
