Ghalib Life Style accepts returns of defective items purchased online, provided the items are in their original condition, that is, unwashed, new, unworn, unaltered, and unstitched with the original tags and packaging.
Contact our customer service center if you are eligible for a return. Customer returns must be made within seven (7) days of receiving their order along with the order ID and a valid reason for return. We will not accept requests after 7 days.
From ghaliblifestyle.com, the customer can choose a replacement outfit. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible based on the circumstances.
Customer responsibility for shipping or mailing costs associated with returns of defective items lies solely with them.
All outfits are made to order for our esteemed customers, so there is no exchange policy based on the customer's preference.
Exchanges will only be made in cases where the customer received a defective or incorrect outfit. Our goal is to resolve the matter as rapidly as possible, depending on the circumstances.
A customer may request an exchange within 7 days after receiving the outfit, otherwise, the request will not be accepted.
If a defective item needs to be exchanged, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
You may cancel your order by calling Ghalib Life Style's customer service lines within 24 hours after placing your order.
There are no returns on sales. Exchanges for equal or higher value products are allowed, but there are no monetary returns.
Non-payment of formals or bridals is not eligible for a refund. A 7-day notice of payment is provided to the customer. Advance payments cannot be refunded.
